Can I start with the free plan and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start on Starter and upgrade anytime as your studio grows. When you upgrade mid-month, we prorate the charge so you only pay for the days remaining in your billing cycle.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments?
No. StudioBook never takes a cut of your payments. You pay only standard payment processor fees (Stripe or PayPal), which are typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
What happens if I go over 50 bookings on the free plan?
We'll send you a friendly reminder when you hit 40 bookings. After 50, you can upgrade to Professional to keep accepting bookings, or wait until the next month when your limit resets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll have access through the end of your billing period, and we'll refund any unused full months on annual plans.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on Professional ($278/year) or Studio ($758/year). Switch to annual billing from your account settings anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. All plans include free setup, free migration help if you're switching from another platform, and free onboarding support to get you up and running fast.
