These preferences apply to everyone in your StudioBook workspace.

Workspace

  • Allow members to create bookingsAnyone with an Editor role can create and manage bookings.
  • Default role for new membersApplied when someone joins via an invite link.
  • Weekly booking summaryA summary of bookings and payments, sent every Monday morning.

Booking & payments

  • Require payment at bookingClients must pay in full when they book a session.
  • Send booking remindersAutomatic email reminders sent to clients before their session.
  • Reminder timingHow far in advance to send the reminder email.

Security

  • Allow guest bookingsClients can book without creating an account.
  • Session timeoutAutomatically log out inactive users after this period.
Danger zoneDeleting this workspace removes all bookings, payments, and member data. This cannot be undone.

Applied to booking confirmations, payment receipts, and reminder emails.
